# Usage

The usage page shows what your account has been doing. Reach it from the billing
page with **View usage**.

## Monthly usage

**Questions this month** is the headline figure, alongside your plan and its
editor seats.

Below that, **Monthly Usage** breaks the figures down month by month, so you can
see how your use is trending as your team takes on more questionnaires.

## Activity history

**Activity History** is the detail behind the totals: a record of each AI action
taken in your account. That covers anything ResponseHub did on your behalf —
asking a question, answering a questionnaire or RFP item, or using the AI writer.

Select a month in the monthly table to filter the activity to that month.

## Export

**Download usage CSV** exports the activity for the selected month, for your own
reporting or for reconciling against an invoice.
