Create a knowledge base item

POST

/api/v1/knowledge_base_items

When answer is omitted an AI answer is generated asynchronously (subject to available credits). Poll GET /api/v1/knowledge_base_items/{id} and watch state; the item settles in auto_answered or needs_input. Supplying answer skips generation and no credit is used.
