Can't I just use ChatGPT for this?

Can I export my data?
Yes, your Knowledge Base is fully exportable in CSV format. Your questionnaires and RFPs can be downloaded in their original format (docx / xlsx) or in CSV format. A single download of all content is available on request.

Yes, we take security extremely seriously. ResponseHub runs on DigitalOcean (EU region):
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- AI processing runs via AWS Bedrock (EU regions) with zero data retention
- Your data is never used for AI training or fine tuning
- MFA is available on all accounts, with role-based permissions and full audit logging
- We are GDPR compliant, with a DPA available to all customers
- Our subprocessors — DigitalOcean, AWS, Mistral AI, Stripe, Cloudflare, AppSignal — are ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 certified
