Trust and security

- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- AI processing runs via AWS Bedrock (EU regions) with zero data retention.
- Customer data is never used for AI training or fine-tuning.
- Multi-factor authentication is available on all accounts, with role-based permissions and full audit logging.
- GDPR compliant, with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available to all customers.
- Subprocessors — DigitalOcean, AWS, Mistral AI, Stripe, Cloudflare and AppSignal — are ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 certified.
- An annual penetration test is carried out, with a report available to customers.
