Get the current user

GET

/api/v1/me

Returns the user the token belongs to. The shape differs from the members list: id is the numeric database ID rather than a prefixed ID, and content is a rendered HTML snippet of the user’s name and avatar. Use GET /api/v1/users/{id} for the full member record.
