Generate an answer

POST

/api/v1/rfps/{rfp_id}/rfp_items/{id}/generate_answer

Runs the full answer pipeline synchronously — retrieval, answer, confidence rating — and returns the updated item. Replaces any existing answer. Consumes credits. Expect the call to take several seconds.
