Create an RFP

POST
/api/v1/rfps

Send the RFP as a multipart upload with file set to an .xlsx or .docx. The file is processed asynchronously: the response returns the RFP before any items exist, and items appear as questions are extracted. context is free text about the bid that is given to the model when answering. When title is omitted it is derived from the filename. The caller becomes the RFP’s owner. Rate limited to 3 per minute.
