Open questions, questionnaires and RFPs

Below the question box, the home page shows what is currently in flight — the questionnaires and RFPs your team is working on, and the individual questions waiting on someone.

Open questionnaires and RFPs

This block lists questionnaires and RFPs that have not yet been approved, across your whole account. The nearest deadlines come first, so what is most urgent is at the top, and it shows five at a time with a count of the rest.

Both types appear together, so you get one view of everything outstanding rather than having to check two sections.

Assigned and open questions

The block beside it adapts to you:

• If questionnaire or RFP items are assigned to you, it shows those, headed Assigned Questions
• If nothing is assigned to you, it falls back to Open Questions — everything in your account still needing input or approval

So the block answers “what should I be doing?” when you have work assigned, and “what does the team have outstanding?” when you don’t.

Only items still needing attention appear — anything approved has left the list.

Getting work assigned to you

Items appear under Assigned Questions when someone assigns them to you on the item itself. If you are a subject matter expert who gets pulled into questionnaires, this block is the one to watch. See questionnaire items.
