Usage
The usage page shows what your account has been doing. Reach it from the billing page with View usage.
Monthly usage
Section titled “Monthly usage”Questions this month is the headline figure, alongside your plan and its editor seats.
Below that, Monthly Usage breaks the figures down month by month, so you can see how your use is trending as your team takes on more questionnaires.
Activity history
Section titled “Activity history”Activity History is the detail behind the totals: a record of each AI action taken in your account. That covers anything ResponseHub did on your behalf — asking a question, answering a questionnaire or RFP item, or using the AI writer.
Select a month in the monthly table to filter the activity to that month.
Export
Section titled “Export”Download usage CSV exports the activity for the selected month, for your own reporting or for reconciling against an invoice.
